You are welcome to bring up to 3 toys from home that your pet will enjoy. Please no balls smaller than a softball.
We no longer supply food for our guests. So many pets are on a variety of different diets. So please bring your own food. Pets do so much better during their stay when they are kept on their normal diet. We will feed your pet the portions you feed at home as directed and we are happy to mix canned with dry if that is what your pet prefers.

Many pets that board with us require administration of medications.
We are experienced in administering medication and insulin injections for diabetic pets.
Please bring all medications in the original prescription bottles and discuss your pets needs upon check in.
Charges begin on the day you drop off your pet.
If you pick up BEFORE NOON Monday thru Saturday there will be no charges for that day.
Minimum 2 day stay
There is a $15.00 charge for service outside of regular hours.
Many of our beloved visitors are in their later years of life. Our front kennel section is where these pets receive the closest monitoring and non-fluctuating temperatures. Thick bedding is recommended for those suffering from painful arthritis or weak hips.
MUST WALK DOGS
There is no charge for walking dogs. We walk each dog individually 3 to 4 times per day. It is important to us that each pet has one on one attention and that their bathroom habits are monitored closely.
We are experienced in dealing with boarders who lose their appetite during their time away from family. We will make homemade chicken and rice if that is what it takes to entice a picky eater!
NERVOUS & TIMID BOARDERS
It is not unusual for first time boarders to exhibit some trepidation. It generally takes about 24 hours for nervous pets to adjust to the new environment. We do our best to pay special attention to such pets and help them to adjust to their time away from home.
Dogs who are aggressive to other dogs but friendly with people pose no problems in the kennel setting. Each run is private therefore all dogs are kept separate unless their owners board housemates together.
We are also prepared to deal with dogs that are aggressive towards people. Owners of such dogs set their pet up in the run at check in and retrieve them from the run at pick up. Because we have indoor/ outdoor runs we can provide quality care for aggressive pets without putting our staff in danger.
