There are no extra charges for us to feed your food whether it be canned, dry or a mixture
of both. It is important to us that your pet is comfortable.
Medications:(No Charges for Administering Medications)
Many pets that board with us require the administration of medication. We are experienced in giving medications and have several tasty ways to administer them!
We are also able to administer insulin injections to diabetic pets.
Clients should bring all medications in their original prescription bottles and discuss
their pet's medical needs at check-in.

COMMON CONCERNS
Geriatric Residents:
Many of our beloved visitors are in their later years of life. Our front section is where these
pets receive the closest monitoring and non-fluctuating temperatures. Thick bedding is recommended for those suffering from painful and weak hips.
Must Walk Dogs:(No Charge for Walking Dogs)
All dogs are individually exercised 3 to 4 times per day at no extra charge. It is important to us that each pet has  one on one attention and their bathroom habits monitored closely.
Picky Eaters:
We are very familiar in dealing with boarders who lose their appetite during their stay.
Please inform us at check-in of any allergies your pet may have to food. The owner has been known to make homemade chicken and rice if that is what it takes to get a pet to eat.
Nervous & Timid Boarders:
It is not unusual for first time boarders to exhibit some trepidation. It generally takes 24 - 48 hours for especially nervous pets to adjust to the kennel environment, sometimes even sooner. We are fully prepared to recognize the signs of nervousness and respond to lessen any anxiety. We do our very best to pay special attention to such animals and help them adjust to their home away from home.
Aggressive Dogs:
Dogs who are aggressive to other dogs but friendly to people pose no problem in the kennel setting. Each run is private and therefore all dogs are kept separate unless their owner boards house mates together.
White Oaks Pet Motel is also prepared to deal with dogs that are aggressive towards people. Owners of such dogs set their pet up in the run and then retrieve them from the run at pick-up. Because we have indoor/outdoor runs, we can provide aggressive dogs with quality care without putting our staff in danger.
